Our founders, Molly and Ivo, welcome you to Potterton’s, a company dedicated to supporting independent establishments across the Cotswolds. Ivo brings extensive hospitality and fine-dining experience, having led sales, events, and partnerships for Michelin-starred restaurants such as Core by Clare Smyth, Muse by Tom Aikens, and Benares in Mayfair. Meanwhile, Molly, the brilliant smile behind Potterton’s, has a background in product and policy development, helping hospitality businesses implement sustainable practices and build strong relationships with councils and government agencies — and she never says no to a good glass of wine!
